Pumpkin Patch

Jacob didn't know what to think about the pumpkin patch. He did like playing in the hay and dirt on the ground though.

Big people Halloween party!

My step sisters had a Halloween party this year. Finally a little adult time!!! YAY! Derek was a Ducks fan and I was Marlyn Monroe. We had a good time.


As you can see. Erika is about to pop. She should be having her baby any day now.

Jacob's learning to talk!! YAY

Jacob surprised us with 2 new words this weekend. Along with the "Dada" he has been saying the last week or so he has added "Mama" and "Baba". It is so exciting! All in the same day he can now say my name and let me know he wants a bottle. YAY!

It's Fall!!

It's fall! My favorite time of year. This is a tree on our street. I thought it was so pretty!

We took Jacob outside in the grass. He loved to pick up the leaves and run his hands over the grass.

Yep! He's a boy!

SDSU!

This weekend we went to San Diego to see Lacy. She was nominated along with 13 others in the homecoming court. Though she didn't get queen we were so proud of her!

Jacob was there to cheer her on in his cute SDSU sweatshirt that Lacy got for him.

Sunday morning we took Jacob to the beach for the first time. He had a great time and enjoyed squishing the sand between his toes.

La Jolla is a beautiful beach!

Derek was almost swept to sea by a surprise wave.

We had a good time but can't wait to go back to spend some more time with Lacy!
